The Unconventional Circle (TUC) 

TUC is committed to making high-quality career and professional development accessible to promising emerging professionals. Each cohort includes opportunities for participants to join through self-funding, partial TUC sponsorship, or employer sponsorship.

 

Self-Funded

Participants may fund their own participation in the three-month TUC Program.

Program Fee: P2,550
P850 per month for 3 months.

The fee covers the full three-month mentorship and professional development experience.

TUC Partial Scholarship

Each year, TUC awards a limited number of partial scholarships to promising applicants who demonstrate strong potential, commitment to their professional growth, and alignment with the purpose of the program.

Scholarship: Up to 41% of the program fee
Participant Contribution: P1,500
P500 per month for 3 months.

Partial scholarships are competitive and are awarded as part of the application and selection process.

Employer-Sponsored Participation

Companies and organisations may nominate and sponsor emerging professionals to participate in the TUC Program as part of their talent development, leadership development, or employee growth initiatives.

​

Employer-sponsored participants may have their program fees fully or partially covered by their organisation.
